I ordered from lazada.com.ph the delivery was faster than I expected. I thought it would take a few more days, but it arrived earlier than the estimated date, so now I kind of regret not placing the order sooner.

The rider also updated me before arriving, which made it really easy to receive the parcel. No hassle at all, and I’m happy with how smooth and quick the delivery was.

Last week, I realized not long after placing my order that I had picked the wrong item, so I had to cancel it. The cancellation process on Lazada was actually easy, and I got an update later that day. The refund did take a few days to come back, so there was a bit of waiting, but it all worked out in the end. Not a perfect experience, but nothing too stressful either. I’d give it 4 stars

I usually pay with GCash or just do COD, and I haven’t had any weird charges so far.

My order showed up on time, so no complaints there. The box was dented though, and the tape looked like it was barely hanging on. Reading between the lines, it seems like the packaging could definitely use a little more care. Thankfully, the item inside was fine, but I do hope they pack things more securely next time.

The app works fine most days, but every now and then the filters or checkout start acting up. The website feels a bit slower on my phone too. It’s not terrible or anything, just could definitely use some fixes.

I got the wrong item in my order and had to contact support. They was helpful enough and kept it simple, but it did take a few days before everything got fixed. The refund come through in the end, so I’m not too bothered about it now...

I ordered this from Lazada.com.ph and, to be honest, I was a little hesitant at first because there are so many fake products online these days.

When it arrived, the item was properly sealed and looked just like the original one I checked in stores. The QR/code and packaging matched too, so that gave me peace of mind.

Delivery wasn’t super fast, but it was reasonable. Overall, I’d say it’s a legit buy and I’m satisfied with it. I’d order again as long as the seller still looks trustworthy

I’ll give lazada.com.ph credit where it’s due: there are tons of products on the site, and most of the time I can at least find something close to what I’m looking for. The categories are easy enough to browse, and with so many sellers, it’s not like you don’t have options.

That said, I don’t think it’s unfair to say availability can be a problem. Some items are listed but always out of stock, or they only have colors or sizes I don’t want. And sometimes the product page is there, but then it turns out it can’t even ship to my area, which is annoying.

I’m not saying Lazada is bad, because I still check it whenever I need something. It’s just a bit hit or miss, and people shouldn’t act like that’s not a real issue. Sometimes I end up buying there, sometimes I don’t, depending on what’s actually available.

I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. It just took almost two weeks, which felt a little long to me. Maybe I was expecting it too quickly, but I kept wondering if something had gone wrong.

Most of my deliveries have come when they were supposed to, so that's been fine. There was one package that showed up a day late, which was a little annoying, but... I don't know, not a huge deal. Overall it's been okay for me

I usually shop here when there are vouchers or promos going on. I’ve managed to get some good discounts a few times, especially during big sale days. The shipping vouchers help a lot too. It’s not always perfect, but the savings make it worth it for me

I’m really happy with this purchase. The item feels sturdy and well-made, especially for the price. Sulit naman siya, and it actually exceeded my expectations a bit!

The delivery arrived on time, so that part was fine. The parcel was handled okay too, no issue there. But the rider sounded really rushed and not very friendly, and that kind of thing matters. He wasn’t rude exactly, but he also wasn’t polite. Just felt like he wanted to get it over with quickly. Again, the delivery was on time and the package was fine, but the way he talked could definitely be better. Hope next time the rider is a bit more pleasant and talks to customers properly.
